Hosanna Ministries is a faith-based non denominatinal missionary organization serving the people of Costa Rica. We are dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and transformation to those in need— children,widows, orphans, and individuals struggling with addiction.
Our Mission is to Fulfill and observe The Great Commission given by Jesus which is to go, preach and make disciples of all the nations as it is written in Matthew 28:18-20

Our Biblical Inspiration
We are grounded in Isaiah 62:3-4, Where God gives and prophesied the two new names to His body, The Church. The land is no longer called desolate but renamed:
- Hephzibah – “My Delight is in Her”
- Beulah – “Married” “My Will is in Her”

Founded in Faith
The Story of Carmen Leticia Rodriguez Nava
Hosanna Ministries was founded by Carmen L Rodriguez, a missionary and pastor geographically born in Mexico, who moved to the United States and was driven by a divine calling to serve the vulnerable and forgotten.
Carmen has faithfully served in various churches and ministries throughout her life, guided by a deep love for God and people. Her ministry journey spans years of hands-on service, leadership, and discipleship, throughout the nations always rooted in a strong biblical foundation.
Carmen was ordained as a pastor through TMCI, The Missionary Church International, a recognition of honor given by God for her lifelong commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God. Her ordination is more than a title—it is a sacred continuation of her calling to minister to the brokenhearted, addicted, abandoned, and spiritually lost.
She is deeply inspired by Isaiah 62:3-4, where God promises and prophesied a new identity to His people:
“You shall no longer be termed Forsaken… but you shall be called Hephzibah… and your land Beulah…”
